The motto: “A place, where the whole world comes to you” is based on a culinary concept that, in conjunction with a staged story, takes the guest on a journey into another country. Each location offers a different trip every 6 weeks: a different country, a different world, a different cuisine.
This is realized by a system gastronomic principle. A maximum standardization of all elements allows an efficient scaling.
